Q1: What devices can RIVER power? A: EcoFlow's X-Boost technology allows RIVER to power devices up to 1200W. However, the X-Boost feature may not be compatible with all electrical appliances, particularly those with strict voltage requirements between 600-1800W. Additionally, if the instantaneous power of the device exceeds 1200W (with X-Boost off) or 1800W (with X-Boost on), the power supply will be overloaded and unusable, such as for air conditioners, refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens.

Q2: How long can RIVER power my device? A: The runtime can be estimated as follows: Runtime ≈ 288Wh*0.85/device's operating wattage. The inverter efficiency varies with the output power, so the runtime may differ depending on the appliance's efficiency.

Q3: Why does the battery lose power when not in use? A: The unit may be in standby mode, where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be consuming up to 50W. To completely turn off the unit, long-press the power button. If the unit still loses power when turned off, try recharging it to 100% and using it until it's depleted, repeating this process two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

If you plan to power heavy-duty devices, conduct a full test. 3. The RIVER Series AC charging cable cannot be used with the DELTA. 4. Store the unit in a dry, well-ventilated place. If exposed or used in a humid environment (e.g., near the seaside) for an extended period, use a waterproof bag to keep the battery dry. 5. If the product is accidentally dropped into water or water is spilled on the battery during use, place it in a safe, open area, and let it dry completely before attempting to use it again.
